To quickly duplicate clips in premiere:

  1. Press and hold down the Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac) key.
  2. Select one or more clips in the timeline and drag them to a new location.
  3. After dropping the clips, they are duplicated.

Clips can be dragged horizontally or vertically.

You can also duplicate just the video or audio portion depending on what you select.

End to End will simply paste the events one right after the other. Setting Even Spacing will allow you to set a time spacing in between each pasted event.
